Having been inspired by the late great Amy Winehouse’s track, Back to Black, Mc Dekey came up with the idea for this tribute song, taking the slow and emotional elements from the original and giving it a happier faster twist, in tribute to Amy.

Artist Biography

Mc Dekey the cockney rapper was born in East London. Having rapped for over ten years, he has recently embarked on showing his talents on ITV primetime show Britains Got Talent in front of an audience of 2000. Mc Dekey has also won a UK songwriting open category 2011 with his song titled ‘I’M AN EASTENDER.’

Mc Dekey is currently promoting his two songs I’M AN EASTENDER ,also Taxi Ft. Lydia which ranked No1 in reverbnation rap charts for London .Both tracks are now
Available for download for digital download.also stream them on #Spotify. Mc Dekey has been influenced by and has attributes similar to eighties British rapper Smilie Culture whilst his cockney style resembles that of Dizzie Rascal.
