Artist Biography
Founded by Jimmy Moran, Three Two Ones was formed with Steve Reynolds (bass) in 2009 later to be joined by Phil Robles (guitar) who joined the band in 2010. They played with a drum machine as a 3 piece until 2011, when Billy Parkinson (drums) joined up. Phil Robles was later replaced by Chris Bradley (guitar), due to enrollment at art school.
The latest single release "My Bones" reels a classic punk and alternative sound. Elements of super fuzz and reverbed vocals call back to the likes of The Pixies and the fun punk rock feel brings bands like The Ramones to mind.
The single is about overall disgust in a few of the things wrong in the world. IE: religion, corporations & capitalism, etc.
Three Two Ones is not a band to miss having opened for bands like Bleached, DIIV, Pangea, FUZZ (featuring Ty Segall), So So Glos, Missing Persons, Death Hymn #9, International Swingers (w/ members of Blondie, Sex Pistols, Generation X, The Alarm, & The Cult) Crazy Squeeze, Johnny Madcap and the Distractions, The Savoys, Suedehead, Feral Kizzy, The Flytraps, Mister Loveless, and more.
