Aspiring singer/songwriter Zarko, made his debut in 2013 with "Chasing Dreams" published in partnership with Tate Music Group.
The first single "Offering my song" was a success and Zarko received Fame Music Contest award, an audio production scholarship at the SAE Institute.
Grew up with the dream of becoming a songwriter and started playing guitar when he was 10 years old.
Educated as a classical guitarist, but decided to try his luck with the rock'n'roll after high school, performing with various bands.
It took awhile before Zarko decided to pursue solo career.
His influences vary from Don McLean, Jackson Browne, Springsteen up to Richard Marx, Bryan Adams and Keith Urban.
Zarko studied filmmaking school and is very passionate about film production, freelancing as video editor on various documentary and TV projects. Zarko is always in search of opportunities in the world of film & music.

Rainbow
(single release)Rainbow, new song from singer/songwriter Zarko, is a follow up to his debut CD "Chasing Dreams". Guitar oriented melodic rock track is move in a new direction and Zarko wants to show that there is a lot more that he can offer to the audience and that he is not ready to stop experimenting with the sound. His debut, a pop/rock ballad "Offering my song" got him a prestigious scholarship for SAE Institute after winning international song contest in 2013.
Rainbow is a song about self-searching. It has a strong guitar sound and the arrangement of a rock band track such as Nickleback or Bon Jovi, but there is much more to be found ih the lyrics. A little bit nostalgic in a romantic way, this songwriter offers something to audience that wants more that just a "feel good top 40" music.
Zarko is influenced by artists such as Neil Young and it stands out in modern day. He is traveling, performing as a solo acoustic act, busking in the streets, enjoying photography and filmmaking and he is transfering that spirit into his music.
This is why "Rainbow" could be important song for the whole generation of versatile young urban people.
Although his current tour plans are for USA, Zarko comes from Serbia (Europe) and his music adventures are widespread from American North-West to Europe. With Rainbow, his work on the second album has begun and new releases are very likely this winter season.
