M.C. Pollock is an electro-pop singer and songwriter. Equipped with a clear tenor voice, Pollock blends electronic and Top 40 styles to provide audiences with innovative pop music. Pollock is known for his “swanky” reputation, being fashionable while maintaining a sense of elegance. A budding mainstream artist, Pollock has received online acclaim from independent music blogs including Indie Band Guru and Middle Tennessee Music.

In addition to writing electro-pop songs, Pollock coproduces his repertoire with electronic trip-hop artist DJ Resonance. Using cutting-edge synthesizers and electronic music software, Pollock and Resonance synthesize pop song structures with contemporary EDM rhythms, like Dubstep and House, to manifest tracks containing viral refrains and danceable beats.

Independently, Pollock has performed on several studio recordings, including vocal and guitar performances on an EP by live hip hop group Death and The Senator and an LP by funk soul band Bubonic Souls. In addition, Pollock has toured throughout the Tri-State, New England, and Chicago.
Pollock’s musical background is diverse. Pollock studied percussion in Brazil under a leading national percussionist. Early in life, Pollock was vocally trained by world-renowned choir instructor John Bertalot. In addition to vocal training, Pollock studied saxophone for several years under jazz musician Tia Fuller.

Aside from recording in-studio, Pollock enjoys coproducing emerging musicians and drinking wine.
